How do I return an item?

Special/Non In Stock order items cannot be cancelled or returned. NO RETURNS ON BODYKITS, SPOILERS, OR HOODS. All other returns must be approved by Nor Cal Auto Stylez before being returned. All items must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items retuned to Nor Cal Auto Stylez after 10 days, or without approval from Nor Cal Auto Stylez will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All items returned will be returned for store credit only or can be refunded with a 30% restocking fee.. All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and unpainted like new condition. Wheels must be new in box and have not had tires mounted. Once tires are mounted, NO RETURNS or REFUNDS accepted. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his/her own protection, since neither Nor Cal Auto Stylez nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Nor Cal Auto Stylez will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.
