Payment

All new customers must first prepay all orders by major credit card, cashiers check, money order, wire transfer, or cash. Personal or Company Checks are not accepted. All orders must be prepaid. Parts in stock will be shipped 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon their availability.

Availability of Parts

Nor Cal Auto Stylez will only hold parts for 3 (three) business days from the last conversation with the customer. If payment is not received in three days, we cannot guarantee the availability of the parts. Nor Cal Auto Stylez will place and hold the order based on a first come first serve basis. With parts that are in limited production, Nor Cal Auto Stylez can only hold the part for three business days. If the customer chooses not to ship the part within three days, Nor Cal Auto Stylez has the right to sell the part to another customer.

Back Orders

If Nor Cal Auto Stylez is unable to immediately fill the entire order, the balance of the shipment will be placed on back order. Parts in stock will be sent immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customer or will immediately ship upon their availability. Back order is not available to first time customers.

Order Placement

We do our best to serve our customers in the accuracy and timeliness of orders, we recommend to call ahead for stock check. If the customer chooses not to call ahead, in the event of a out of stock order, it is the customer’s responsibility, and Nor Cal Auto Stylez will not be held liable. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on incorrect or poorly communicated phone orders. If you cancel an order that has been processed in the computer and pulled down, and has not yet been shipped/picked up, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee.

Shipping Damage

Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without the approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit or freight company. If any damage has occurred, note it on the driver’s bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Nor Cal Auto Stylez under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Returns

Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. NO RETURNS ON BODYKITS, SPOILERS, OR HOODS. All other returns must be approved by Nor Cal Auto Stylez before being returned. All items must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items retuned to Nor Cal Auto Stylez after 10 days, or without approval from Nor Cal Auto Stylez will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All items returned will be returned for store credit or can be refunded, with a 30% restocking fee. All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and unpainted like new condition. Wheels must be new in box and have not had tires mounted. Once tires are mounted, NO RETURNS or REFUNDS accepted. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his/her own protection, since neither Nor Cal Auto Stylez nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Nor Cal Auto Stylez will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.

Quality levels and Degree of Difficulty of Installation

Nor Cal Auto Stylez is in no way responsible in the explanation to customers on the quality of body kits. It is the customer’s responsibility to research the quality level of body kits. If the kit is less expensive, then the body kit may not fir as good as a higher quality kit. The kits will probably need more prepping and extensive work on the less expensive body kits. Body kits differ in quality depending on the manufacturer of the product. Fiberglass body kits are sold “AS IS” and it is the customer’s responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass and poly-fiber kits are not always direct bolt-on. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass or poly-fiber kit may require a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, and/or grinding. Nor Cal Auto Stylez recommends that the customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and know all the procedures or installing fiberglass or poly-fiber kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced in installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass or poly-fiber body kits.

Other Restrictions

Some items are for “off road use only.” Customer is responsible for checking state and federal laws before ordering. Buyer fully understands that all body kits, hoods, and spoilers are sold “as is” with no warranty. Nor Cal Auto Stylez holds no responsibility for the misuse, misinstallation, or bad judgment brought about by customer and any damage that may be brought about by these mistakes. Nor Cal Auto Stylez is also not responsible for any illegal street use of these parts.
